A company is looking for a Remote Care Manager. Key Responsibilities Monitor inpatient and outpatient care services related to mental health and substance abuse treatment Provide telephone triage, crisis intervention, and perform concurrent reviews for care levels Advocate for patients and develop discharge plans in collaboration with providers and facilities Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Current licensure required: CEAP, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or RN Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or substance abuse settings Knowledge of utilization management procedures and mental health resources Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings Education level dependent on certification, ranging from Associate's to Master's in relevant fields
