California Licensed Human Resources Generalist
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Support managers and employees on various HR matters, including benefits and employee relations
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage recruitment and employee leave coordination
Provide high-level customer service and assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required
Bachelor's degree required
Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred
Experience using HRIS systems and ATS, with Workday preferred
