CFO Advisory Consultant

A company is looking for a CFO Advisor to provide financial leadership and strategic direction to clients in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation Lead clients through M&A activities, including due diligence and financial modeling Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including roles such as CFO or Finance Director Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA preferred Extensive experience in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making Experience in the AEC industry is strongly preferred Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across business functions
