A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth Design and develop strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement within the Telesales team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience managing a scaled inside-sales function (200+ team members) 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace Market knowledge of AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
