A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to support brands and creators on their platform. Key Responsibilities Assist clients and creators with queries to ensure a smooth user experience Support new creators in account setup and guide them through the onboarding process Coordinate video orders and track progress between brands and creators Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in customer support, client success, or operations in the marketing or creative industry Familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn Access to a computer and a webcam for virtual meetings Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
