Compensation & Benefits Manager
A company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development and administration of compensation strategies and employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze competitive compensation structures and conduct regular benchmarking and equity audits
Own and optimize U.S. employee benefits programs, managing broker relationships and employee communications
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and maintain updated HR policies and employee handbooks
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
Strong knowledge of compensation laws and trends, especially in tech markets
Experience in administering employee benefits and leading open enrollment processes
Proven ability to conduct compensation benchmarking and data analysis
Proficiency with HRIS and compensation tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus
