A company is looking for a Product Counsel. Key Responsibilities Provide legal guidance to product, design, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle Advise on relevant laws and regulations, including financial services, privacy, and consumer protection Draft terms of use, product policies, and support the negotiation of commercial agreements Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments, preferably in fintech or financial services Experience in launching products and advising on legal aspects of product development in technology Ability to translate legal advice into practical guidance for product teams Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
