Compliance Manager
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Distributed and Hybrid Workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Research and monitor employment laws across multiple states and ensure compliance with local regulations
Develop and implement HR policies, workflows, and communications for the organization
Manage compliance throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Proven ability to draft and implement HR policies and workflows
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes
Knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
