Key Responsibilities
Develop and organize content for customer implementation of ACT products
Ensure content is appropriately developed, edited, and approved, meeting quality and accuracy standards

Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience in developing operational communications
Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
