Contract Specialist

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to manage the end-to-end contract process and support a dedicated sales team. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business, acting as the primary point of contact for contract strategy and execution Participate in pipeline review sessions to advise on commercial approaches and address potential contractual risks Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a relevant area Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, or sales support roles Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired
