Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute impactful campaigns using CRM tools, tracking results to optimize performance and engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new geographical markets and ensure CRM readiness
Oversee reporting requirements and refine existing processes while staying updated on CRM trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM processes and marketing campaigns
Proficiency with no-code CRM platforms, such as Optimove, Smartico, or Customer.io
Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
