Key Responsibilities
Provide initial support for internal and external customers, addressing queries and issues promptly
Oversee the Client Integration IT Service Management tool, ensuring SLAs are met by efficiently responding to and resolving tickets
Facilitate the setup of new client standard feeds, collaborating with clients and internal teams for smooth integration
Required Qualifications
Technical proficiency in databases, SQL, XML, and web technologies
Ability to manage and resolve complex data integration challenges
Experience in service management and understanding of service level agreements
Knowledge of consumer content and online retail industry trends
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure
