Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and first call resolution
Document customer interactions and escalate priority issues as necessary to improve service efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years in a customer service environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to remain courteous and patient when dealing with difficult callers
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
