A company is looking for a Dean of Academic Advising. Key Responsibilities Oversee the University Office of Academic Advising and manage staff to support student advising and reenrollment activities Develop and implement systems to assess communication, productivity, and effectiveness of student success initiatives Manage department budget and coordinate resources for accurate service delivery and program assessment Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited institution One to two years of related experience or training, preferably in an academic advising role Demonstrated ability to uphold a Christ-centered mission and values Experience in a service-oriented environment working with students or clients Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects effectively
