Director of Executive Benefits Services
A company is looking for a Director of Executive Benefits Services, remote (CST or EST).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the lead plan sponsor contact for day-to-day plan administration issues and requests
Develop and maintain client administrative project calendars and follow through on issue resolutions
Create and present materials for plan review and enrollment meetings in collaboration with Executive Benefits Consultants
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree required
7+ years of relationship management experience within the institutional retirement services industry preferred
Experience working with Nonqualified Deferred Compensation/409A plans
Life & Variable Life insurance licenses preferred within the first year of employment
NQPC Certification required within the first year of employment
