Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology systems strategy
Architect and maintain the lead lifecycle strategy, optimizing lead management processes
Define, track, and report on conversion metrics, using insights for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Hands-on expertise in Marketo and HubSpot; certification is a plus
Proven track record of owning marketing automation platforms and deploying scalable strategies
Deep experience with lead lifecycle models and CRM integration, preferably Salesforce
Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in BI/reporting tools like Tableau or Looker
