A company is looking for a Director, Call Center Sales Delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and client growth Develop strategic vision for sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities Implement new campaigns and manage existing ones to enhance client satisfaction and performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members) 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and compliance regulations, particularly in Medicare and Marketplace Market knowledge of AI, Amazon Connect, and comparable telephony solutions
