Director of Provider Relations

A company is looking for a Director of Provider Relations and Contracting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for optimizing provider network performance and cost containment Lead provider engagement and contract negotiations while managing network expansion efforts Identify and oversee third-party network vendors and reference-based pricing solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required 10+ years of experience in provider relations, network contracting, and/or reimbursement strategy Strong leadership and negotiation skills with experience managing provider and vendor relationships Experience with inpatient facility contracting and risk-based reimbursement models Familiarity with workers' compensation, managed care, or reference-based pricing methodologies preferred
