A company is looking for a Director, Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and administer comprehensive total rewards frameworks including compensation and benefits
Lead annual compensation planning and assist in the development of sales incentive compensation plans
Analyze and present data on compensation and benefits trends, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related field experience required
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in biotech/pharma
4+ years managing total rewards programs with experience in both compensation and benefits leadership
Expert proficiency in Excel and compensation planning tools; experience with HRIS tools preferred
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compensation and benefits administration
