Director of Total Rewards
A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards & HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of benefits and compensation programs
Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to enhance efficiency and integration with organizational objectives
Manage and develop a team of total rewards staff to execute team initiatives effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including 3 years of people management experience
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
3+ years of experience with UKG/Ultimate/Ultipro software is required
Experience managing benefits and compensation in coordination with HRIS and Compensation Management System platforms
Experience with Payfactors/Payscale is a plus
