A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans Manage work to align budget and strategic plans while evaluating financial issues and providing solutions Design and deliver analytical training for FP&A personnel and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Math required; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning, preferably with TM1 Working knowledge of finance and accounting processes and principles Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement analysis Strong knowledge of financial modeling and analytical techniques
