Key Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of encounters and manage the Paid Claims Inload process Develop EDI policies and procedures, and create mapping and documentation for data processing Lead a team in conducting system testing and generating accurate reports Required Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry with supervisory experience Technical competence in complex database structures and EDI development Proven project management and staff leadership skills Experience with Transact SQL, ETL, SSRS, and Tableau Ability to lead a technical team and manage client expectations
