Enablement Specialist
A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist to empower internal teams and customers in utilizing their products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs, including training and onboarding initiatives
Create and maintain a library of enablement content and resources
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and make continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales enablement, customer enablement, or learning and development
Strong understanding of enablement strategies for internal teams and customer success
Proficiency in enablement tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM systems)
Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer success best practices
