Key Responsibilities Advise FinTech companies on regulatory compliance and navigate the evolving financial services landscape Support clients in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate transactions involving technology-driven financial services Collaborate with in-house teams to develop policies and strengthen internal controls related to financial products Required Qualifications At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience Deep expertise in advising on federal and state banking laws, compliance obligations, and regulatory matters Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist J.D. from a nationally accredited law school State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
