Key Responsibilities Advise plan sponsors on ERISA compliance for retirement and health benefit plans Draft, review, and maintain plan documents and participant communications Represent plan sponsors in DOL and IRS investigations and manage risk proactively Required Qualifications At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house experience Deep expertise in ERISA and related federal and state laws Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist J.D. from a nationally accredited law school State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
