A company is looking for a Gap Specialist responsible for monitoring and processing Gap claims in accordance with established regulations and procedures. Key Responsibilities Process assigned volume within Gap claim processes while adhering to established service level agreements (SLA) Handle potential and actual Gap claim calls, ensuring compliance with call handling requirements Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in accordance with relevant regulations and policies Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment Experience in the Gap claim process preferred Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and collections policies preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
