HCM Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a Paycor Implementation and Optimization HCM Consultant II. Key Responsibilities Serve as a client-side resource for technical configurations, integrations, testing, and validation tasks during implementation projects Analyze current client processes to identify optimization opportunities and deliver custom system training to ensure high technology adoption rates Collaborate with clients and platform vendors to design solutions, manage project tasks, and ensure successful payroll transitions Required Qualifications Expert knowledge of multiple HRIS software platforms including ADP WFN, Paylocity, and Paycom At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation role High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in a computer-related field Experience with integrations between third-party systems such as API and EDI Understanding of PII data governance requirements and ability to maintain confidentiality
