Key Responsibilities Own and execute the mobile product-led growth (PLG) strategy to drive installs, sign-ups, and revenue Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to improve keyword rankings and conversion rates Manage paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms and collaborate with teams to enhance user journeys Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in PLG growth, mobile acquisition, or performance marketing roles Proven success in scaling app-based acquisition and conversion across iOS and Android Deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO) and paid user acquisition management Strong understanding of mobile funnel performance and behavioral analytics Familiarity with growth tools such as Firebase, Adjust, and Mixpanel
