Key Responsibilities
Lead the problem-solving process and manage the engagement team, overseeing analyses and deliverables
Manage overall project execution, balancing client and team input to achieve goals
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing healthcare insights and coaching junior staff
Qualifications and Desired Skills
At least 10 years of experience in financial performance improvement with healthcare providers, including 4+ years in a management role
Experience in workforce/labor productivity assessments and implementations
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
Strong people leader with the ability to develop team capabilities
Passion for improving healthcare delivery
