HRIS Systems Analyst
A company is looking for an HRIS Systems Analyst I to provide administration of HR applications and system support for workforce members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for HR systems to resolve complex problems and recommend solutions
Assist HR Support Center in troubleshooting complex questions and issues
Recommend process improvements and participate in developing training materials for users
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Healthcare, or related setting
Knowledge of human resources principles and familiarity with HR systems
Experience with database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to collaborate effectively and handle complex situations
