Customer Service Support Operator
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class service by answering phone calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails
Assist customers with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange inquiries
Document customer interactions and maintain case management system updates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Must be available to work any shift between Monday-Friday, including holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required
