Key Responsibilities Provide customer service by answering calls, returning voicemails, and responding to emails Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange inquiries Document customer interactions and maintain accurate information in a case management system Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute Availability to work shifts between Monday-Friday and on holidays Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Must pass a background check
