HRIT Business Systems Analyst
A company is looking for a Human Resources Information System Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and support HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution
Configure Workday for user access, policies, and approval workflows
Collaborate with teams to identify and implement HRIT process enhancements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in HRIT, HRIS, or Business Analyst roles
Hands-on experience with Workday, including access setup and security configuration
Strong understanding of HR systems and data troubleshooting
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus
