Implementation Engineer

A company is looking for an Implementation Engineer to oversee the deployment and integration of software solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during the implementation phase Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of products for new and existing clients Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience Proven experience (2+ years) in an implementation or technical support role in a software-related field Experience with system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms Experience utilizing Salesforce for project tracking and issue resolution Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
