Implementation Specialist
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to oversee customer service enablement and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage concurrent implementation projects, including project tracking and user training
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely project completion and effective communication
Guide customers through the onboarding process and monitor their success post-implementation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in implementation
Experience onboarding new customers and providing exceptional customer service
Strong understanding of Google and O365 Administrator settings is a plus
Experience working remotely is a plus
