Information Security Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Information Security. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Information Security team, setting priorities and supporting career development Own and evolve the information security backlog, assessing risks and implementing mitigations Drive compliance initiatives and collaborate with Engineering to embed security in the development lifecycle Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Information Security, with 2+ years in a management role Experience with application and cloud security in SaaS environments, preferably AWS Background in GRC frameworks and compliance efforts (NIST CSF 2.0, SOC 2, etc.) Hands-on familiarity with security tools such as vulnerability scanning and SIEM Ability to communicate technical risks to executives and collaborate with engineering teams
