Inpatient Care Coordinator
A company is looking for an Inpatient Care Coordinator to provide support in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to patients and arrange post-discharge appointments Create authorizations and ensure proper patient details are entered within a 7-day protocol Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain productivity targets Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of experience in a customer service role in a healthcare setting Experience using Microsoft Excel and navigating multiple chat channels Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
