Key Responsibilities
Lead projects to define strategy, objectives, and vision for user experience across platforms
Inspire and direct the design team to efficiently build towards a meaningful vision
Provide mentorship and ensure consistency in end-to-end user experiences across products
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
Ability to articulate and lead the design process for teams
Excellent visual, interaction, and/or service design skills
Experience in stakeholder management and communication
Systems-thinking approach to design, considering both digital and offline experiences
