Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders and risk owners to enhance risk culture and facilitate risk-informed discussions Develop and manage the risk management framework, policies, and standards while providing oversight and reporting Conduct periodic risk assessments and manage an enterprise-wide GRC platform to standardize the risk assessment process Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in an information security role Proven hands-on experience with GRC and ability to influence organizational change Experience with risk assessment and mitigation solutions, including qualitative and quantitative risk management Preferred certifications include CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent
