A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Rest of Asia. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain third-party risk management and conduct due diligence evaluations Oversee secretarial functions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements for regional entities Draft, negotiate, and finalize various commercial contracts and provide legal advice on business decisions Required Qualifications Degree qualification from an accredited university 8+ years of relevant experience Bar certificate in any Rest of Asia jurisdiction People management experience Ability to speak Thai, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, or any other Asian language is preferred
