A company is looking for a Corporate Governance Consultant-Remote. Key Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of corporate governance operations and continuous improvement initiatives Draft meeting agendas, resolutions, and manage board meeting materials Review governance policies and recommend changes to enhance best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree; paralegal or relevant post-graduate degree preferred Commissioned Notary Public required Five years of experience in a corporate governance role or equivalent experience Experience engaging with board members and senior executives on governance matters Experience with Diligent Boards strongly preferred
