NYS Licensed Program Supervisor

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor to oversee the Preventive Services Program aimed at supporting families in crisis. Key Responsibilities: Provide weekly supervision and support for master's level staff, focusing on professional development Review and approve documentation to ensure compliance with state and city regulations Represent the Preventive Services Program at community functions and manage caseload coverage as needed Required Qualifications: Master's in Social Work required; LMSW or LCSW preferred Completion of all three CPP Learning Sessions and eligibility for CPP Rostering Previous supervisory experience with MSWs or interns Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and child development Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
