Operations Trainer - Technical Writer
A company is looking for a Trainer, Operations (Technical Writer & Documentation Specialist).
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop training materials and documentation to support operational goals
Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and provide coaching to employees
Maintain and update a centralized repository of training and documentation materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in training delivery, technical writing, or instructional content development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools like SharePoint or Confluence
Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools such as Articulate or Camtasia
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives
