Key Responsibilities Create and support Spam enforcement guidelines based on policy guidance Oversee outsourcing of Spam enforcement and manage operational workflows to prevent violations Act as a point of contact for policy inquiries and provide insights to improve quality and efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in the tech industry within the enforcement/Spam space Experience working with outsourcing teams and in operational/support roles Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience in data-driven communication and influencing stakeholders
