Key Responsibilities
Manage and align sales teams to drive revenue growth and new opportunities
Develop and execute the Microsoft partnership plan for the assigned territory

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the technology sector
Experience in cloud technology sales and a proven track record of quota overachievement
Documented success in Microsoft sales and strategy execution
Strong relationships within the Microsoft partner community
