A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Exempt Organizations Attorney (Full-Time). Key Responsibilities Provide legal assistance to nonprofit clients by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents Research and analyze federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations Manage client projects, timelines, and budgets while collaborating with team members and outside counsel Required Qualifications J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience Strong interest and experience in serving nonprofit organizations Experience in nonprofit law, tax law, and/or corporate law is essential Comfortable with diversity and inclusive regarding various demographic factors
