Key Responsibilities:
Define the onboarding and operational experience for customers using the OASIS platform
Lead the development of modular, persona-based UI components for performance visibility
Integrate GenAI powered features to enhance usability and reduce operational task friction
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience with customer-facing digital products or SaaS platforms
Proven success in designing and delivering analytics dashboards or performance monitoring tools
Deep understanding of enterprise customer personas and outcomes-based design principles
Experience integrating GenAI features into front-end experiences
Familiarity with modern web/mobile UX frameworks and agile product development environments
