A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Director. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop Technical Accounting Manager(s) Support the Chief Accounting Officer with complex accounting issues and direct all acquisitions accounting Lead the implementation and adoption of new accounting standards across the organization Required Qualifications 4-6+ years' experience in an accounting role with some management experience 2-4 years' experience in public accounting or a finance role within a public company Deep understanding of current technical accounting and reporting matters Extensive knowledge of US GAAP Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP Accounting Software
