Program Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Program Readiness & Compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead new program development and ensure compliance with state and accreditor requirements Maintain a compliance matrix and manage timelines for program reviews and renewals Act as a liaison between internal teams to enhance program quality and compliance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or related field; Master's preferred 4 - 6 years of experience in educator preparation, program implementation, or regulatory compliance Strong knowledge of educator preparation program requirements and accreditation standards Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred Formal project management training or familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
