Prophet 21 Business Analyst

A company is looking for a P21 Technical Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Prophet 21 ERP users, including troubleshooting issues related to the software Act as the primary point of contact for end users requiring assistance with Prophet 21 Perform system updates, patches, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues within Prophet 21 Qualifications Proven experience (5-10 years) providing support for Prophet 21 in a Business Analyst role Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Familiarity with SQL and the ability to query and analyze databases to diagnose issues Previous experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment is highly preferred Proven experience in developing forms and reports within P21
