Psychology Department Chair

A company is looking for an Academic Department Chair in Psychology (REMOTE). Key Responsibilities Supervise full- and part-time faculty, including hiring, training, and performance appraisal Oversee course curriculum in collaboration with course leaders and the Assistant Dean of Curriculum Participate in student retention activities and address faculty-student escalation issues Required Qualifications Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology, with licensure preferred 5+ years of experience in post-secondary education, preferably with online instruction Preferred experience in teaching and supervising faculty Leadership experience and familiarity with online learning environments preferred Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting technology
