Regional Vice President of Sales
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales, North America.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives across SMB to large Enterprise segments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and ensure alignment on demand generation campaigns
Required Qualifications
7+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and scaling teams in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and complex B2B sales cycles
Experience implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar
Analytical and metrics-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills
